Toning
Exercising the Voice
The power of your own voice is simply magical. Yes, your voice! Not someone else's. If you do not like the sound of your own voice then you are out of tune. Similar to light, sound is a wave. It is a carrier of information through analogue patterning. Everywhere that receives the vibrations that it emanates is affected by it. As with an echo, some amount is received and, to the extent that it resonates with the recipient, a similar pattern is returned that you then receive. When you are in tune, natural harmonies emerge in your surrounding area. Once tuned in, you know how to move in a way that aligns you with the choir that surrounds you. Once aligned, you not only like the sound of your voice but you also like the sound of all the other voices around you. This creates a positive feedback loop that is infinite. So be careful and kind in what you tune in to and how you align yourself. One of life's great lessons is that you have been doing this your whole life. One of life's great challenges is that, once you realise that you do not like what you are tuned in to, the onus is on you to consciously make the changes you need to make until you are happy with where you are at. That is, of course, assuming that you want to be happy. If not, well, that is your conscious choice. On your journey in life, you will find that there is a lot of noise. A lot of distractions. If you are not constantly tuning in and aligning yourself, then you either descend into chaos or will get pulled in to some thing that is trying to pull you in. As with a ship at sea, if you do not have a direction, then the chances of you landing where you want to be are almost zero. Also, you cannot simply aim for where you want to get to as the current will likely take you somewhere else. You have to work with the sea. You can only do so much and so will need to rest. In that knowledge, you must find safe harbour. You must earn safe harbour. You must pay for it. Learn to leave each harbour having paid your way. It has gotten you closer to your destination. Each harbour may be your last. Be thankful that you leave wishing you could stay and always leave them wishing you could stay. This is the pain you must go through to grow. Embrace it.
